Upcoming talk by Jonathan Safran Foer, a celebrated young novelist whose most recent book—Eating Animals (2009)—is a non-fiction work in which the author details his personal journal to becoming a vegetarian.
The event will start at 7 p.m. on Thursday, September 30th, in Graham Chapel (not Steinberg Auditorium, as previously planned). A reception and book signing will follow the event, which is free and open to the public.This Assembly Series is co-sponsored by Washington University Libraries, the Campus Store, and Mortar Board honor society. The Campus Store will have Foer’s books at the event, and a book signing and reception will follow the talk.
