Growing up in the ’80s and ’90s, Rocky Balboa held a certain appeal. He was the scrappy, American underdog who always came out on top. Recently, I was exploring the American Archive of Public Broadcasting and came across this wonderful essay about Rocky IV in the context of the Geneva Summit.
