Austin College Humanities Division faculty recently hosted a Digital Humanities Colloquium, bringing together digital media experts from around the country (and Hong Kong) to facilitate a discussion on the intersection of the digital world with the humanities. For those of you who were unable to attend I have assembled a few of the highlights of the conference. This is by no means an exhaustive reference, but rather an aggregation of links and main points of the lectures.

Head of Instructional Support Services at Washington University in St. Louis

The Head of Instructional Support Services provides expertise and leadership in defining WUSTL Libraries’ role in the adoption and evaluation of new instructional models, including the use of online learning platforms and creation of non-traditional course materials. The Head works with WUSTL campus leaders, library staff, academic units, and partner institutions in the delivery of consortial learning initiatives. The position also manages Library facilities used for learning and media creation, as well as the staff and student resources who deliver these services to an extended network of WUSTL students, faculty and staff. Serves as a member of the Library’s Leadership Group.
