The countdown is ticking toward vacation. My reading list includes: Moby Dick (currently reading), Colorless Tsukuru Tazaki and His Years of Pilgrimage, The Martian, The Buried Giant, and Lila (though I doubt I’ll get to it).

Baby Teaches Fox to Read
Well, Foxy, which story would you like to hear?
We could learn about pigs and other animals.
Or, we could learn about lizards. They stick their tongues out like this.
The character development is superb.
Though, Brown Bear, Brown Bear, is more of an ensemble approach.
Both books are tastefully written, don’t you think?
